Chico Modern Dentistry

It was my first time at Chico Modern Dentistry and I had a very good experience! Mayra immediately put me at ease and was very considerate of my comfort while getting imaging and getting my teeth taken care of. She was also really reassuring! Everyone at the office was really kind and I appreciated Dr. Kusum Arya explaining what was being done for/to my teeth and why. Adriana was also helpful with breaking down what my insurance does and doesn't cover so there were no unexpected fees.

Chico modern dentistry once again goes above and beyond. From Cameron being compassionate as I struggle to get my X-rays done. Alyssa reminding me we are all human and there’s no judgment. Lexie was amazing she showed me multiple ways to improve my techniques and why. Dr C being supportive, kind and honest in his treatment recommendations. Last but certainly not least Michelle helped me with the in house financing meaning I didn’t have to put my treatment on hold!!! There’s a reason I still drive 40 minutes to come to Chico Modern Dentistry

Diana and Simran did an amazing job keeping me feeling comfortable with their easy to understand explanations and work! Would 100% recommend for someone who has a good sense of humor or loves to have casual conversarion! Mayra A and Adriana also we very helpful in the front with getting me processed and paied out quickly

Mayra was so friendly, upbeat and positive. She took the x-rays of my teeth in a very patient, professional and gentle fashion. Usually when I get x-rays, I gag and it becomes a big ordeal for me and the x-ray technician. Not this time! Mayra made it a smooth and easy experience. I felt so relaxed. It was great this time. Dr C. did not disappoint. He is the best communicator that I have ever encountered in dentistry. He tells me everything about my mouth, my teeth and my dental care. He clearly outlined the problems I have and the plane he has to address them. He is personable, professional and funny. I always enjoy seeing him.

I've had some work done recently including a tooth extraction, root canal, crown and deep cl eaning. Dr. Arya Sanjay did a great job and was friendly. My hygienist Laney was pleasant and professional. Adriana and Mayra (Thing 1) were friendly and did a great job of scheduling my apps and taking care of my general questions. I highly recommend them!
