Professional and warm. Both reception and medical staff were patient, informative, and really helpful (plus the deep tissue massage really alleviated the pain, and I was sent home with stretching homework). I dread medical visits in the US, but Chicago Spine and Sports in Diversey was one of the best experience I have had. Highly recommend.

Dr. Krefman is one of the best chiros I've ever been to (and I've been to many). He's extremely good at finding root causes of your pain & supports with long term solutions as well as manual care. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Donahue and his team for over a decade. I have always had incredible care from them. If I hadn’t moved away, I would continue going there! I appreciate how thoughtful and thorough he has always been in helping me understand my back injury and my general health as well. So many people with serious injuries end up having to take opioid medication, and I appreciate that I have been able to fully treat my condition without any medication at all. He always took the time to educate me and listen to my concerns. They were even accommodating to my child with special needs when I had to bring her with to appointments.
