I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Emily Dudley. She clearly explained Tinitus and the options I had. Although I wouldn't benefit from the procedure, I have great material to bring to my mother. Thank you.

My experience with Chicago Hearing Services and Emily as my doctor has been amazing. I started with getting the Lenire for my tinnitus and after successfully using the device for over 6 months I can easily deal with the tinnitus. Then because I have hearing loss I wanted to get hearing aids to start the process of using them as I know for the future I will continue to loose my hearing. Now I have the very best in the market, the Widex hearing aids. They are easy to wear and are Blue Tooth ready. One care add the app on your phone to select different volumes or type of noise/music to listen too. I feel so lucky that I came to Chicago Hearing the staff are so friendly and handled the insurance for my hearing aids. The location is great now with parking. I hope I explained my experience.

I have tinnitus and the Doctors were very knowledgeable about my condition and recommended for me to try the Lenire device and it has really helped me. It stops my business because I have to put the headphones on and listen to the sounds while I can pray, read or just relax. I can sleep better and I don’t have the constant noise all day! There are many positive comments I can make about the services I received from Dr. Vetter. She restored my ability to hear through the aids, and worked to find a solution to allow a perfect fit so that they stay in my ears without me having to constantly fuss to keep them from falling out. And she and Myrna are so personable and definitely patient oriented that I will recommend their services without reservation.

Marie was really great. She was able to arrange to have a real professional come out onsite to our show to take ear mold impressions. I work with many touring artists- high profile who wear In Ear Monitors on stage. Getting good and complete mold impressions makes all the difference. Great experience all around.
