Dr Otylia Hoberland cares about her work, a trait that’s rare to find. I’ve been treated by Dr Hoberland for 1.5 years now. Her chiropractic adjustments help me stay active and limber since my job is physically demanding (standing for 10hrs/day). I’ve had lumbar issues on & off in the last 9 years. I first came to her office for spinal rotation issues and numbness in my foot. With adjustments and stretching the symptoms haven’t returned. Dr Hoberland is a good listener, personable and takes a relaxed approach to chiropractic care. She treats me on my terms with my long-term health in mind and didn’t push me to sign up for an expensive treatment package. Anna, who works the front desk, also offers massages by the hour.

I am very fortunate to have been recommended to this practice. I have had severe pain for a year due to scoliosis and in three visits I am 90% better. I am extremely impressed with Dr.Hoberland. Her skill, knowledge and expertice have helped me tremendously.

Dr. Otvlia Hoberland at Conservative Care was recommended by a friend for my back pain. Never having a need for a chiropractor, I was a bit timid and nervous. Dr Hoberland from the start put me at ease, listening, assessment, education and patience. Pricing was extremely reasonable. ( My insurance deductible astronomical). Dr Hoberland assisted in lessening my pain and increasing my mobility. She was honest, taking me as far as she could in my treatment . She encouraged me to get a MRI and to see a Spine doctor. Definitely recommend her and the massage therapist Ana.

Dr. Hoberland is confident in her skill and very knowledgable, both in effective and gentle adjustments and in strategizing ways to strengthen weak areas and maintain alignment. She is very personable and open to questions. Her practice is very efficiently run and all of the office staff are kind and professional. I’ve had a great experience with her and have seen significant improvement in my health! Highly recommend!
