I would give them a two and a half. They did get me back quickly which was good. They did seem to give me good attention towards my complaints which was chest pain and difficulty breathing. The reason why I'm giving them such a low score is because of three things. 1. When they replacing the IV they poked me multiple times and ended up blowing one of my veins 3 days later. I am still having difficulty picking up heavy objects because of what they did. I mentioned to the nurse that the injection site was hurting even if I move my fingers and she said it was fine. She would be removing it soon. 2. They did not check on me or ask me if I needed anything throughout my stay there. The only time they came in was when I pushed the button or had my husband go find them. I was the only person in th

Came in with severe knee pain and was taken back in a timely manner even with two ambulances came in and a helicopter landed to take someone out. The nurse Becky was kind and listen to what was going on with me. The doctor, Primus, I believe how you spell his name, was listening to my issue and was able to get the pain down, exactly what I was asking for help with. The staff were wonderful even the check in clerk Joy, she was so kind.

Had yearly mammogram done. My appointment was at 2:30. I was to arrive at 2:00. Efficient check in. Was escorted to radiology waiting room. Got right in. Was leaving by 2:35. Radiolgy Tech professional and efficient.

I went in with flu like symptoms thought I had the flu he ran a flu strep and Covid test all came back negative he went ahead and prescribed me some medication for the flu because my kids had tested positive for flu B the previous day so he did that as a precaution as well as me being diabetic he did seem to be in a bit of a hurry but he was very nice he listened to me about my concerns and took me serious and he was very professional which I really appreciated most ER doctors I end up seeing over at morrilton aren’t very nice and don’t listen when I do have to go there but thankfully I got a good ER doctor this time round and I really appreciate that.

When I went to the emergency room in pain the lady at the check-in window told me to sit down in the nearest chair and she would come to me. Within 3 minutes a nurse open the door with the wheelchair and took me into an ER room. Within a matter of minutes done an evaluation and knew exactly what was wrong. X-rays were taken confirmed what the doctor thought was wrong. Was given prescriptions for the right medication and went back home. All of this was done within an hour. Am I happy? You bet I am. I don't know the names of those that help me, but I want to thank each and every one of you. You are very special people and you do a very special job. God bless you
