AVOID THIS HOSPITALS GROUP AT ALL COSTS! Would rate 0 stars if I could. It’s impossible to talk to who you want to without transferring between 3 different people. They’ll submit your lab work wrong so where your insurance won’t cover it, and then won’t resubmit it properly even though it was their mistake. Insurance said xyz would be covered but hospital policy is to not resubmit lab work. Overall horrible experience. Dr. Winkler is cool tho, no beef with him.

I give it a 1 star I would like too give it a o. My dad had to be taking to the hospital almost 2 weeks ago for a blockage, they put him in the hospital. First they put him on a floor, that he should not have been on. Then they said they wanted him to go too a rehab to build his legs back up so he can walk again. Will my dad has dementia so he yells and for the first time in his life he started hitting. So the case worker said she would have to find a place that would let him go to. She told my mom on Monday they had found a place. So I looked it up and it had bad reviews. So I called the case worker and got voicemail so left her a message asking her to call me back. She never did. On 11/30/2023 the case worker called my mo.and said he was being moved to that rehab. My mom told her the con

horrible customer service. a patient used my phone number and ive been getting contacted by them for billing collections. I called to try to help and the operator was unhelpful and incredibly rude.

Sat in the waiting room for 3 hours, went to the back and the dr looked at my son for 3 seconds and never saw him again. Walked out without my prescription bc it took over an hour to do discharge paperwork. We left at 12:28 am.

The Nurses where nice and helpful. The Doctors and specialist when kind. I came in with a level one stroke alert and they took care of me with respect. They used my pronouns right. Thank you guys for taking so good care of me.
