Staff was very friendly, however in my first appointment scheduled for a Saturday at 10:30, having arrived at 10:15c was told at 10:40, that I may not be seen until 12pm and that it is standard to wait 2 hours; that they were “letting me know, because the have had trouble with patients in the past because of this”. As a working person, I can’t schedule a meeting with colleagues or clients for 10 and then tell them we won’t meet until 12. Reschedue your meetings accordingly and notify people according to what your schedule and personnel capacity allow you to do. Terrible time management.

Horrible system I been waiting for dentist appointment for two years now and every time it’s time for my appointment they canceled the day of it like today to say there only doing kids not adults but one mention this 2 months ago when I made the appointment. Only to reschedule another dentist appointment 3 months from today in March. The same thing for two years now

I called more than a week in advance for a appointment and explained my situation that same day and they said sure we can get that done, fast forward today they texted me not call me texted me to cancel saying it won’t happened. This was time sensitive and health risk issue for my chronically ill wife that’s just negligence and they stopped responding. Find a better place to visit.

I came here with my son and i could not encourage someone to avoid this place more. Everyone was rude and making comments like if am the worst father to walk this earth. I recently got my insurance and they didn’t even let me use it and were urging me to pay or leave not even attempting to try and help my situation. All that for the staff to be completely rude to me and my son, and when we tried to finially leave and pay i had to wait thirty minutes because the only person they had at the reception was on break and nobody else could take her place. Please avoid coming here at all costs

Love this place. Dr. Edwin Bosa is the best! I have been with them for years and I have always received excellent service. 100 🌟stars!
