I went to the Dental Offuce for and emergency toothache. Hector the receptionist was a delight, very patient and kind. Doctor was very kind and knowledgeable also the nurse. Just a wonderful experience.. Thank You all😌

The staff and services were amazing! Every single person was helpful, educated and beyond kind. I recommend the dental office to anyone who appreciates great services.

i was receiving prenatal care for two months and have now switched. my first appointment lasted an hour and a half and most of the time, i was just waiting in the room. today i returned for this months appointment (that was made at the end of my last appointment exactly a month ago). i waited 30 mins in the waiting room—a lady came in 15 mins after me and was seen immediately. after asking how much longer i was going to wait, they brought me back immediately. after sitting in the room for a few mins, a nurse took my vitals and weight then left without squint anything. proceeded to wait another 30 mins before leaving. waiting for an hour and getting nothing out of it is insane. when i walked out of the room and told the nurses im leaving, they didn’t attempt to make the situation any better

This is one of the most worse place that I have ever treated in for my pregnancy. The people that you first meet at the front desk are great beyond that point it’s all headaches from there. The doctors are extremely rude and inattentive. They canceled two of my appointments and marked me as a no-show and blamed me for not going to the appointments. It got to the point that the situation had to be brought up to the director by the doctor because of the poor professionalism of the nurses. The day I had my ultrasound I only received an appointment paper from them without getting an order, went to get my ultrasound and once I got there, I found out that I was not able to do it without an order. My partner, Holly, saw Dr. Joanne Zephyr today and we were reminded again why we love this lady. She listens and she cares. I have horrible teeth and need extensive dental care that I can't afford. She gave me the meds that I need to get rid of the infection to get rid of the pain for a little longer so I can try to scrape up the money to get started. Everyone on staff today has been great.
