CHI Health St. Elizabeth

I had a good time with everyone, very comfortable even though the situation wasn't the best for me...I am not used to be waited on hand and foot...kinda like that...staff, includes everyone as well as the chaplain, bless her heart! Hoping everyone had a Merry Christmas and looking for a Happy New Year! The pictures shows the owie and my wife with the little feller that really missed me! MAY THE LORD BLESS YOU ALL!

The medical team I had here was excellent! It was my first time having surgery, and I felt safe and well cared for by all the nurses, doctors, and anesthesiologists involved. I wish I could remember all their individual names right now, but that day was such a whirlwind. The anesthesia team especially was very good about letting me know exactly what to expect once I got into the operating room, thought to preemptively give me a patch for nausea beforehand, and then again walked me through what was going on as it was happening once I actually got into the OR, and that really helped reduce my anxiety about the whole thing.The nurses and doctors were knowledgeable and efficient while still being kind, and I'm so grateful to them all for how smoothly my operation and immediate recovery went!

Fantastic hospital I got to see a special thank you to a nurse that went above and beyond that’s just a superstar. Her name is Mel. And a Physical therapist or occupational therapist Rachel fantastic personality knows how to make you work harder smarter to heal faster and a big thank you too big damn another therapist push me to my limit limits that nobody else can push me to you. He’s super knowledgeable, but to the surgeon and the doctors I had that most respect for you. I prayed to God and turned it all over God and everything went through.great The lady that cleaned the rooms she’s from Ukraine or Russia was fantastic so fun to talk to you to a very special lady in the dining room that brought my food up would open everything up because she seemed that I was in pain with my hands. She

The gown I had to wear was warmed up slightly. The x-ray technician seemed super Super concerned about how my day was going. Makes me wonder if the actual medical practice is good. I am mainly there because I want good medical practice. Are they overlooking anything on the x-rays.? Are there preventative actions I should be told about that I’m not being told about. Although the VA will probably pay for 100% of it I do wonder if there are extra charges for that Slightly warmed up gown and the super concern about my day and well being

Lori, Laurie and Nikki were very personable and efficient. I felt I was in good hands. I can’t remember any other names but the anesthesia ( nerve block) worked well. All your staff made me feel that I was being well cared for and safe.
