CHI Health Clinic Priority Care (Elkhorn)

There's only been two instances where I've required priority care - as a fair warning, there's either hardly a wait or you could be looking at about 45min. - 1hr. Both instances, however, the staff have been very helpful and personable and I'm quite appreciative that I've received phenomenal care. If you're alright with waiting for a bit, which may not always be the case, then I highly recommend this location!

I had the displeasure of seeing Bridget Corenell today. What a worthless APRN...terrible bedside manner. The only thing I walked out of there with was a large bill. I'll had to site in room 13 with a stained brown butt print on the seat. I'll never be back.... BTW if you call that Patient Clinic number they leave in previous reviews it's just a voicemail......

I've visited the CHI Health Clinic Priority Care twice since they opened, and both experiences have been excellent. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see a provider, which is such a relief when you're not feeling your best. The staff is efficient and caring, and I appreciate how they make the process so smooth. What stood out most was the convenience of having multiple types of care in the same building. They were able to refer me across the hall for an immediate opening and treatment, which saved me so much time and effort. It's clear this clinic is designed with the patient in mind. Highly recommend for anyone needing quality, prompt care!

Ended up waiting almost 90 minutes to be seen - no one ever bothered to give me a heads up. As a walk in I expect to wait but someone could at least be professional and let me know it is going to be over an hour!
