Zero stars if I could. I had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment that was cancelled a day before. I was able to get a rescheduled one 2 days later after a little discussion. A day before the appointment, they cancel again, say I now have to wait another 6 weeks to get in on an issue that I have had for 6 weeks. Do not schedule and expect them to keep their appointments. 2 cancellations in one week.

My doctor is very kind, helpful and was ready to get to the bottom of my issue. But the receptionist are very rude, and real short with you and genuinely don't seem like they want to do their job. After spending 7 minutes on hold one answers said hello once I responded hello back but she instantly said thank you for your time and hung up. I called back right away to be put on hold for another 7 minutes just to get a someone who was very grumpy and when I said I just called and said I was hung up on, she didn't care. I did manage to schedule my fellow up appointment. She gave me a date and I agreed but gave me no time. When I asked she snarkly ran off times. I picked one and I said thank you and she replied mmmh uh yeah ok bye. This makes me not want to return but I do really like my doctor

I need a scope on both ends. Should be simple enough. I was scheduled 5 weeks out. Based on blood tests, and my symptoms, my primary doctor, Endocrinologist, and Oncologist all said it needed to be done ASAP. I tried, no budge from GI. Two of my doctors offices tried to call GI to let them know why it was needed ASAP. No budging again, and both of those doctors office told me the people they spoke to at GI were even rude to them for trying.

I was referred here by the ER after seeing my general physician for persistent, debilitating, painful abdominal episodes. After stating I had not rapidly lost weight over the past few months I was told it was IBS without any further blood testing. I was prescribed a laxative, anti spasmodic, and had an x ray done to look at stool build up, which I was told later was relatively clear and didn’t reveal any issues. A few months later I was in the ER with chronic appendicitis. Not a bad place to go, but I didn’t feel like there was a broad enough search into why I was having intense abdominal pain multiple times a month. Once they felt they could slap an IBS diagnosis on they didn’t seem interested in other conditions. Seems like a good place to go if you’re okay with taking hard laxatives fo

I have been dealing with chronic bloating for as long as I can remember and have never found relief. I went to Dr. Kristin Busse to see if she could provide me with some intel as to why my body sabotages me this way everyday. She prescribed me a dose of Gavilyte-G and a 30 day trial of Omeprazole. I called to follow up a week and a half later with almost zero relief and had to leave a voicemail. A nurse called me back to suggest that after I did the Gavilyte-G, I should be on Dulcolax every night. Not only is it negligent to tell a 25 year old to be on laxatives every night because laxative addiction is real, both physically and mentally, it would never solve my issues long term anyway. I am appalled at their laziness.
