CHI Health Clinic Family Medicine (Antelope Creek)

Antelope Creek clinic has been Fantastic for me. I came to see Dani after a year and a half of people telling me my log leg was fine. Dani listened to me and sent me where I needed to go. I got my diagnoses, And she is a very likeable human. I know I am lucky to have her, and Abby and Jamie. It doesn't stop there. The receptionists are friendly and compassionate. Thank you bc guys, all of you are great!!!! Forever grateful 🙏 🥲

So i have wellcare medicare plan. Copays should be 0 dollars. Everytime i go they charge me 40 dollars then i email billing for refund. They said a 70 dollar pmt was done on 1-16. Still have not received. Now they owe me another 40 so waiting on 110 dollars. Also dr not great been dealing with drainage and a cough about 2 months. First on antibiodics twice no help. Went back and told to use nelipod and nose spray.if it doesnt work he send me to a specialist. Didnt even give me any prescription cough syrup.

We’ve been going here about a year and we’ve noticed a lot of negativity with some nurses and other Doctors are very rude and cruel to patients and some of the nurses really do not have any manners or rude as can be. If you do urgent care type, doctors a lot of them either use a laptop to diagnose your issue instead of listening, to you Or don’t believe you of what is going on. And it’s very frustrating because it’s like you got your way to trust this person and they don’t want to care about anything one time. We went there for urgent care in the evening because our doctor was not available at the time and myself felt like I had bronchitis or pneumonia and she told me that it was just a sinus infection and I begged and I begged for her to do an x-ray or further testing. My husband went in this afternoon for a diverticulitis flare up. He saw a PA who instead of treading him ran unnecessary blood work and ordered a CT scan. She sent my husband home in pain with an active infection. She said she couldn't rule out a kidney stone. His last flare up sent him to the ER. Apparently this office is more concerned with running unnecessary tests and using their patients as ATMs instead of proving care. My husband also said the PA was rude, talked over him, and brushed off his concerns. I wouldn't waste your time with this facility.

I’ve always had a great experience there. Recently Andrew was the niece practitioner and he totally got the assignment. Was on top of my care for a recurring sinus infection and took care of business while being incredibly kind.
