CHI Health Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation - St. Elizabeth

I'm very unimpressed with the people in this group. The pulmonary person seems to want to play doctor, getting involved in things that really aren't any of her business. I really wouldn't put it past them to want to try to make some claims about Mom's care that aren't true or are a stretch. But when I told them at least twice that their music was a problem for Mom, they really couldn't care less. Management should make them wear hearing aids in there to see what the effect is. It's kind of contradictory for them to be working toward claiming to be concerned about her care, but not caring about the ridiculous music being a problem for her. Why do they have music playing as loud as it is, with elderly people in there, many of whom probably have hearing aids. It isn't a commercial gym, or a b
