Calls, emails, texts 10 TIMES to confirm appointment then makes you wait over 30 minutes, Having to ask why is everyone else who got there after you already being seen…. If I didn’t say anything, I’d still be waiting. And the hygienist i saw should NOT be dealing with people. This place is insulting. Word of advice to them, how about you don’t overbook your calendar…….I’ve never had a cavity, have no gum disease, always perfect. Shouldnt be hard, just a cleaning, that’s it.

Had an exam here with dental hygienist Adrianne and Dr. Foster. Beautiful, clean facility with super friendly front desk staff. Updated Xray machines.

Sometimes the visits are okay, sometimes I leave a little traumatized. The receptionists are all lovely. One of the hygienists is great, very friendly, helpful, and doesn't guilt you for not flossing (just gently educates). The other is not very friendly, kind of rude. I felt shamed and belittled. The dentists themselves (2 that I've seen) kind of act like you're just a pair of dentures to practice on. They talk over you, not to you. They don't tell you what they're doing or going to do, kind of just shove stuff in your face and tell you what to do. I understand that they're just doing their job, but they lack the sympathy that I feel is necessary for vulnerable procedures like this, considering I've left in tears more than once.
