Awesome experience. From checking in online to the front desk staff the process was so easy. Highly recommend and happy to have this new location close to home.

I called around to every single Urgent Care... This one met exactly what I needed so out the door I went. I was feeling absolutely terrible. Fever, headache, coughing, congestion. It had been going on (off and on) for atleast 3 weeks. I thought it was finally gone until it came back full force yesterday- which prompted my visit here. Inside, its beautifully new, updated, and clean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I waited maybe 5 minutes before being brought back. (That's so refreshing compared to Patient First!!) After 2 breathing treatments, my wheezing cough is GONE! They also gave me an oral steroid- fever- GONE! I cant begin to describe the difference I feel today VS yesterday. I owe it all to the staff at Chesapeake Regional Urgent Care. You guys ROCK!!!

Don’t go here. This urgent care has no equipment and no doctors on site—only a nurse. They were unable to treat, diagnose, or perform any lab tests. The visit was a complete waste of time. I expected basic urgent care services, but none were available. I would not recommend this place.

We had to bring our sick daughter to urgent care and were honestly blown away by the experience. She was tested, diagnosed with both strep and the flu, and prescribed medication—all in under 45 minutes. The staff was efficient, professional, and compassionate to our family. This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had at an urgent care center. Highly recommend.

They were all so sweet and effective! I loved the service I received here by every single person
