Chesapeake Regional Primary Care-Mt Pleasant

The two ladies working the desk today were so sweet and patient with me. They had me fill out my paperwork and were able to get me in quickly which is great because I'm dealing with some serious stuff that has been sending me to the ER. I feel like the people working here actually care.

Dr Rachel, as I call her has been taking very good care of me since she came to the practice, My late husband had been with Dr Msrks since he opened the practice there at least 15yrs or better the nurses are wonderful, caring very personable. all the doctors are quick to help very thorough and courteous, but Dr Rachel is my favorite, she is kind but professional, truly shows concern always listens and never cuts my visit short, even though there is always an office full..I can't say enough about this practice. from the front reception, to the nurses and doctors most of them were originally with Dr Marks from the start like Angie who always took care of my husband with a happy attitude you didn't feel like you were a bother, he loved her and Dr Marks and all his staff and myself as well y

I typed in the name of this place, 4 different addresses poped up, I clicked the medical center, not knowing it would take me to the Emergency room. Once there I asked staff to direct me to the primary care facility and was told that that wasn't there. I called the number that was provided with my text reminder and was given an address 12 minutes away. They told me that they ONLY allow a 10 minute grace period for late appointments and would need to reschedule me, I was 10 mins early, but by the time I would get to my car and drive there, I would be late. I waited for this appointment for 3 months, I told them I needed to be seen, having a few health issues pop up in the last year, nothing urgent,but I wanted to be seen. Do NOT come here, go anywhere else, but not here!!.

We love going to Dr. Mark and his Nurse Angela at Mt. pleasant urgent care. He has been our family doctor for over 20 years. He is patience and listen to all of our concerns. On the urgent care side if I need to be seen I go to Dr. Shur-Allen. She stitched up my finger I cut preparing food. It looks great. The are all very caring and that why we continue to go back to them. We do not have to wait along time and the are reasonable.
