Chesapeake Regional Primary Care - Grassfield

I was very disappointed with my first experience with Katie Mann, NP . She was attentive to my questions, but skipped the physical exam part of my annual checkup - didn't listen to my heart or lungs, didn't check my ears, nothing. I sat in the chair the whole time, and she didn't Exam me physically , which felt like a major oversight. She took my medical history and sent me for bloodwork.Given my past visits to this location, this was a really disappointing experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mundy for the past 1 to 2 years and have received truly excellent care. The administration of staff is kind, patient, and always willing to accommodate scheduling needs. Dr. Mundy provides person-centered care that never feels rushed. The office is quiet, clean and I enjoy being there for my appointments.

I arrived at 10:12 for an appointment that was scheduled at 10:20 AM at Grassfield. I waited over a month for appointment. I was rudely turned away because I didn’t arrive 30 mins early. Every correspondence I had with doctor said to arrive at 10:20. I went back in and showed them the reminders that all say 10:20. She said they could not see me. Finding a new PCP. This office needs to find a new receptionist. Left desk. They do not give a $hi+.

I am so pissed 😡 off right now, I have been telling Mrs. Monique Brock I needed to see her because the ER said that I had pneumonia and I had to talk with my PC and she is never available to take my call or ever call back!! I Had 2 different types of pneumonia I find that negligent and unprofessional. This is not the 1st time something like this has happened. She makes this a common thing. Everytime I call to ma an appointment to see her and I be in a lot of pain she push me off like 3 weeks down the line. If people like her is the future of being our health providers "Lord Help us. By the way Mrs. Brock you got to do better your loosing a lot of patients with this lazy, Godly attitude, rem things you do here on earth you have to answer for in heaven. Someone needs to look into her.she is

If i could give this place a negitive 0 stars, I WOULD!!!! Now i see why this place has a very low rating. Being a patient, I feel that the communication is off BIG TIME.. I called to make an appointment with my doctor. The receptionist put me on hold, then some other lady came to the phone stating that my doctor sent me discharge papers and asked did I receive them. I said " What?? No I didn't"!! Then she went on asking if I wanted her to ask my doctor could she put me back on her schedule. I was like HELL NO!! I'll figure find a better doctor that will communicate with their patients!! They never gave me a reason as to why Rosine discharged me. Now I'm working on removing my son from that practice also!!
