Had two knee replacements done by Dr Ward… The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. The wait time was hardly anything. Dr Ward is a no nonsense doctor. He tells you what he sees what he’ll do and nothing else. He has lots of good advice and options that he presents, but there’s no pressure ever… Always a friendly face… I always walk out of there better than I went in

Omg..I can't say enough .I'll start here...Dr.Wards staff..just soo welcoming..they always know my name..efficient..timely..there's never a major wait..unless a patient ..just needs the extra time to talk.. Dr.Ward..is extremely professional..but so down to earth...( an a treat to look at..js) an keeping your health issues..soo real...if u dont need a surgery..u wont be getting it from him.. he only does what's best for YOUR quality of life an that's extremely hard to find..an waiting times....omg can't say enough about this...his time is valuable..but understands..so is yours.. top notch..only doctor I'll let touch me after soooo many hours wasted at n renowned salisbury business..P$$$$Ohours wasted..An not going back!!!!!!

My Mother seen Dr.Ward, Mom had to have emergency surgery, and he was very helpful and informative Mom Says great bed side manner and that plays a big part in the healing process

Not very often do you come across a doctor and staff like Dr. Ward and his crew! My husband fell and crushed his femur a year ago. Crushed! He was taken to the hospital and the doctor available was Dr. Ward. He was so calming and graciously explained everything in great detail. He even illustrated on paper so that I could get a visual of the damage on my husband's femur. When my husband went to Dr. Ward for a check up after the inital injury, Dr. Ward took his time with my husband and answered every question without our feeling of being rushed. I believe what is most authentic of him is the fact that if we ever see him away from his office , he will still talk, answer a question, and encourage my husband as to where he was a year ago and how far he has come! Dr. Ward is the best orthopedic doctor! He listens and treats me with respect. I’ve been a patient for years and recommend him highly! When you enter the office the staff always greets you with a smile!
