Great doctor and great staff. Always on time with appointments never waiting past the time of my appointment. Super clean office and bathrooms.

Cox has been great throughout the years, but is now too busy to make sure procedures are scheduled or contact insurance regarding preauthorizations. New med was great. Pharmacies kept saying doc needed to preauth. Just had an appt. She said she has no time to preauth. I’ve messaged twice that I was running out with no communication from staff. She said she had an 89 year old patient who had cancer and never complained.?? Shopping around

The English dictionary didn't create the correct words for this fine Dr. and, lady. I could try all day and not express how wonderful she is. Bedside manners 5 plus stars! And, I'll sum this up with EXCELLENT IN ALL ASPECTS. I highly recommend her. God bless this fine Dr.

Meh. I have no doubt Dr Cox is an intelligent doctor but her staff in her office is just bad. I had scheduled this appointment following an ER visit for infection in my intestines... it took them 6 months to see me. The NP was the rudest health professional ive ever dealt with. She was condescending and just couldn't seem to listen to the patient. Told me to eat more fiber. I suppose she was after the status and not interested in actually helping someone feel better. My final straw with the practice was when I requested a refill for a med that I'd taken for a while and they denied the refill, yet never called to discuss anything about why it was denied or to inquire why I needed it. I puked for a week waiting, until my pharmacy finally told me what happened. I even called and left a mes

Dr. Cox was my original gastro years ago she was amazing but since I hadn't seen her in years I had to be referred to her again. Well this time it took 6 months to get an appointment then I didn't even see her seen her NP. Well I know I needed an updated upper and lower scope done for my gastro issues but also to see what damage was done from chemo treatments. Well I walked out of there with no scopes ordered just the same test my family dr has already done. Now to find a different gastro doctor that will listen to my concerns and not be passed off .
