Can’t even make an appointment because they do a poor job of returning calls, emails and texts (the receptionist seems to prefer texts). Once you finally do get an appointment, they are poorly organized about past visits and other records. Although people working there are friendly, there seems to be an effort for minimal effort to help the patient.
