The lady at the front desk is really sweet and the patient advocate was a really nice person as well but this is the worst absolute worst pediatrician I ever went to be fixed by the first time it happened a male doctor told me my daughter had your hand mouth and foot disease and instead of explaining it to me he told me to Google it. That is not something you tell a parent of a four-year-old to do and today the other doctor that I saw clearly didn't know what she was doing I saw they had three stars to begin with and I should have known I'm going with one do not go here. Oh and update my daughter was very sick when that dr told me she was fine then wanted to charge me another copay. Worst bed side manner ever on all the Drs,!!! Stay away

We have been seeing Dr. Watkins for about 12 years. She is the third pediatrician we saw for our kids and it has been nothing but love ever since. She's so personable, highly intelligent and uses good common sense caring for my two. As a new mother she helped educate me and helped me grow in confidence. As my children have gotten older she has done the same, empowering them to advocate for themselves and their health. All while providing exceptional medical care.

The doctors never look at your child longer than 1 second. They told me my son had the flu, and could possibly have an ear infection. Fast forward two days and I try to get the doctor to just send the antibiotics for the ear infection and they would rather me (who now has the flu) and my son(who has the flu) come back in and re check. Also they have never given any medication or give any help. You have to ask the questions yourself or nothing will get answered. This is the absolute most un-helpful doctors office. After 9 months I have had enough.

I had received a call that I was able to go pick up my information for my vaccines form for college before 2 p.m. I had gone to the pediatrics before 2 p.m, when I have arrived there, they were already closed and have driven really far. I was very unhappy, and that hasn’t happened to me one time but twice! Some staff often give attitude, which is very rude.

Seriously this place is a nightmare to deal with.. Turn and run! For 2 months I tried to make a new patient appointment for my 1 YEAR OLD daughter, I called 3 times and each time they said they would call me back to set up the appointment and never did! I called again today and to my surprise they finally tell me after months of trying that they are not accepting new patients. Which is fine, if you would have told me this the first time I called! Very unprofessional.
