Cherokee Eye Group

I had a very positive experience bringing my son to Cherokee Eye Group for his first eye exam. Dr. Nations was so patient and thoroughly explained everything in a way that he could understand. She listened and answered all of his (and my) questions. He had a great time trying on different glasses frames and was so excited to get his new glasses. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will continue to use this practice for our family’s eye care.

The doctor I saw was thorough and kind, however the contact department is beyond satisfactory. I work 9-6 and because of this had to schedule my appointment two weeks out to be able to request off, which was no problem, however they insisted on ordering a new brand of contacts after coming to the conclusion I had astigmatism in one eye, switching the brand I have been using for 6+ years, and finally I agreed. However, they had to order the trial because they didn’t have it on hand and told me I could just come pick them up whenever I had the chance, after calling to confirm my sister could come pick them up after they had arrived (because again, my work schedule doesn’t align with their hours of operation) the lady on the phone told me I would have to schedule another appointment to be abl

I am blown away with the professional staff at Cherokee Eye Group. I was apprehensive about going to a new doctor and especially about having to get new glasses. The staff made me comfortable from the moment I stepped in the door. I want to give a special thanks to Brittany for all of her help in getting the quality of glasses that I need while taking my limited budget into consideration. I will definitely be recommend this office to anyone in need of eye care.
