Chemistry Rx

I have had interactions with several compounding pharmacies for a specific medication for my daughter. Chemistry Rx has been so much better than the others. They are the easiest to communicate with, fastest response time and the most transparent. The point of contact, Brian, has gone above and beyond to explain things other pharmacies skip over. Highly recommend using Chemistry Rx.

Took them 3 days just to contact me to tell me it would be 5 business days. They said it takes several days to even enter the prescription into their systems. I had to keep calling to get updates and make sure they’re moving things along. They clearly aren’t equipped to handle medications in the turn around time that is expected. Warn your doctors not to use this pharmacy.

I should’ve taken heed to the reviews posted. Would not recommend any providers or patients to use this compounding pharmacy. Gave the benefit of the doubt because I was looking for specific products. Very poor service overall.

Terrible compounding pharmacy that does not fulfill FSA obligations such as providing electronic copies of prescriptions for submission as proof of purchase (as sometimes required). Pharmacy tech Jessica Keenan and manager Nicki are deplorable and provided the worst customer service I have ever seen and received. Beware.
