Chelsea Gardens Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center

My mother attended a 5 day Respite stay at Chelsea Gardens and Ms. Cora went above and beyond for my mother. She was professional, reachable, caring and loving. You can tell that she really cares about the patients. Cora treated my mother like she was her own mother. That spoke volume to me. Although it was hard to leave my mother there in the care of others I was able to rest because I knew Cora would check on her daily until I return. Thank you Cora FOR ALL that you are doing for this community.

Good location. The monument sign is small and easy to miss. Front entrance doesn’t face the street. The people are nice. A few worth mentioning who went above & beyond their call of duty: Sumera, Juno, Margaret, Kia, Patricia, …. The CNAs have a very demanding job. The facility has good design but needs better upkeep & maintenance.

My mom stayed there for 2 weeks back in Summer of 2023 and Sandra and the black lady at the business office Debra … just wanted my mom for her Medicare benefits /commission ..to then discharge her... they were not transparent at all about what they were planning they just wanted $$$$$$$ # SHAME. .. FYI there is NO GARDENS at all or at chelsea the residents are just stuck inside all day.. my mother passed away shortly after this situation.

I toured this community with Mimi, Marketing Director and met the administrator. The community is very inviting and very clean and all of the staff was very friendly. In the near future hopefully we will be supporting their community with hospice services. I highly recommend this community for any family looking for skilled nursing care! My uncle is a resident at Chelsea Gardens and so far my whole family is happy and satisfied with the level of service and care my uncle receives at this location. The staff is amazing and professional, the food and comfort my uncle gets is great, the place always looks clean and organized. Choosing this place has been a wise decision. Kudos and cheers to this nursing home and the personnel. One of the best I have ever seen. Keep up the incredible work and dedication always.
