My children LOVE Dr. Meikle. He is so kind and patient. My daughter is also really fond of Alexa and Sandra, both nurse practitioners there. Highly recommend.

My kids have gone here since they were born mind you I have 5 . We left for 3 months due to moving ended up moving back to the area I called to see if they could sign my kids back up they said they had to ask someone . So they called me back said everything was all set and that they remember my kids and were good to go . I wait a few days because they said they would call me back to book an appointment nobody called . I called today they said they never called me and they don’t accept wellsense anymore . It’s very unprofessional that they have no record of the call or anything now I’m a trying to find anew

I’ve been with this practice for nearly 30 years. Recently my daughter had a physical scheduled for approximately 3 weeks. Day of an hour before the appointment I receive a call from Carmen stating insurance issues. And as a result they can’t see my child to complete w clearance form for her to cheer - that does not require a physical. Instead of offering an option to lay out of pocket she offered t cancel assuming I could not afford 200 for a physical. This place over the years has be MONEY HUNGRY. canceling appointments, denying visit due to money. In all my years I saw signs posted pre Covid no one would be denied services. It’s a lie. I’m disgusted by this practice. They’ve also done it to my grandson. You have to have money in advance, no post billing because we are all broke in their

Since my post about Chelmsford you guys have come up and I love both offices equally and enjoy going to both offices. My doctor still continues to provide the best care hands down!!! But all the doctors are amazing and provide support whenever I’m in need and truly appreciate it. The doctors there are amazing. I love Dr. Cardoso she's pretty new to their practice and she sees both my children. I can always depend on her to be open and honest when I ask her questions about how I should handle situations with my kids. SOME of the staff is not so 5 star however! I love the Dracut office they are all friendly and helpful there. The Chelmsford office... not so friendly. I honestly hate to have appointments in that office. Overall if you looking for quality care from doctors for your little one

Our 7yo and 1yo go here and we love it. I love the receptionist with the nose ring- she's the best and always remembers us and is on top of everything!
