Exceptional detail to our pet’s annual wellness visit. Dr. Lovely and the staff there are always amazing. She made sure all our questions were answered completely and professionally. No other hospital we would go to.

My 10 year old morkie was just hospitalized at CAH for two nights and I am so grateful to the staff for their care. The communication between doctors and home was outstanding. The doctor and technicians provided a caring and professional environment for my boy, even after normal business hours as it was the weekend. I can’t thank them enough.

I have been bringing my dogs to Dr. Patricia Hart and they have also been seen by Dr. Berchtold. (For over 20 plus years) Both go above and beyond. Dr. Hart is my primary Veterinarian. She is always accommodating, very supportive, explains things clearly and always has a smile on her face. From the minute you meet with her, she makes you feel how your pet is special and their care is very important to her. I can’t say enough positive things about her skills as a Veterinarian and her patience in answering any and all questions you may have. Thank you to Dr. Hart and Dr. Berchtold. Dr. Hart and her entire staff are wonderful, compassionate people . Winston, my rag doll cat , has had the very best care there for the last six and half years . They truly care for your animal whether it’s a wellness check or something more serious . The moment you enter the door you are greeted warmly asking how everyone is and you know they genuinely mean it . Stephanie , Kelly and the rest of the girls are great . It doesn’t stop there , all of the vet technicians we have had are just as loving and caring . Recently Winston has been sick and let me tell you Dr Hart has worked tirelessly to take care of us . She is a very dedicated veterinarian and won’t stop until you have an answer . You and your pet are in the best place there.

We love Chelmsford Animal Hospital. Everyone is fantastic and they provide high-quality care for our cats. They genuinely care about pets and do everything possible to keep our furry friends healthy. We are so happy to have such an amazing vet nearby.
