Beautiful new location! I’m truly thankful for this place! They are open late and on the weekends! Super friendly staff/ Cindy always does a great job taking care of us. They are able to send the script over to Walmart and get us all taken care of… I’m sure, we will be back!

I'm a type 1 diabetic, most Drs are not very easy to work with. The office staff made everything easy I didn't all the online information before I went. I literally just had to check in. I waited 10 minutes after checking in the be called. Once I was called into the back all the additional information was taken. I saw the Dr. Went over some basic what has been tried and got the medicine I literally can't live without. I've been to a lot of Drs, my previous took 3 months to get into (resulting in me winding up in the ER because my blood sugars got into the coma area). I had to get blood work done but with my condition that's normal. The part that wasn't normal the same nurse that filled out my initial information when we got to the room was the one who drew the labs. I've been threw several

I have to find a new health clinic, Autumn was a great service provider, which made it worth treading through all the corporate BS, with Autumn gone it’s not worth it. It’s obviously a corporate ran business as they keep implementing “upgrades “ that make the service easier and cheaper for them but more expensive and more difficult for the clients. Here some examples, I have NEVER seen my provider named Erin. I have polarized prescription glasses and they use polarized computer monitors (cheap monitors are always polarized) and they appear black to me, I can not see the screen, so I only hear audio. Every time I mention it to the nurse lady they act like they can not answer any questions that are not listed in their little corporate speak book. I’ve asked several times if I can see a do

Excellent clinic, friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean throughout, no long waits to see a physician, painless phlebologist, fast lab results. Nice relaxing atmosphere, quiet waiting room. Thanks again!

Dr Autumn has been one of the best Dr. Iv had to privilege of knowing. She is kind to my children and goes above and beyond what she should have too. I was lucky to have her as my Dr. She is the only reason I went to the Checotah Health and Wellness center. It's because of Dr Autumn and her staff I give this place 5 stars. Very wonderful place
