THOROUGH, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL Dr Nicholas Faillace was very informative and patient with our questions. I brought my mother here to explore getting new hearing aids. Dr Nicholas fallaci was very thorough. He cares about the quality of hearing. The last place we dealt with we're nice but not as thorough explaining to my mother how her brain needs to adjust to the new sounds and perceived loudness of the new hearing aids and explained how to properly wear them using a chart of the ear canal. The staff was also very friendly. Highly recommend.

Friendly atmosphere. Very professional testing and fitting. Doctor answered all questions, with two follow up appointments to ensure hearing aids were comfortable and the best long term solution.

Great experience with this office! Dr. Nick made me a pair of custom earplugs last year that have completely changed my life at work. When delivering the earplugs we noticed that one of them did not fit properly. Dr. Nick sent it back to the company for an adjustment so that everything was very comfortable for me. To me, a hallmark of a great healthcare professional if not that everything goes perfectly the first time (an unrealistic expectation in medicine), but that they care enough to make things right. Had sudden hearing issues and they fit me in, did thorough testing and explained everything. They helped refer me to an ENT and another specialist for my family. I highly recommend them, it was a very pleasant and informative visit.
