CHCCW, Dubois Medical Clinic

What wonderful folks! My wife and I were over 1000 miles from home in the middle of a 3-week RV trip when I experienced excruciating pain in my left eye. I was so debilitated my wife took over driving and we went right to the clinic, where staff was just leaving for lunch. I did not get the kind lady's name, but she acted quickly and said there was an eye doctor in town just that day, (Dr. Frazier) and called his satellite office to ensure they would take an emergency case. Her directions were spot on and she was very gracious. I want them all to know the issue, was fairly serious but taken care of perfectly and I am mostly recovered already. THANK YOU!

While on a long cross country trip I developed an issue that my doctor at home wanted me to be to be seen for. I called this clinic and they got me in immediately. The entire staff was amazing. They were kind, compassionate and listened to what I said. It’s really hard to go to a strange place when you’re traveling but I could not have had a better experience with CHCCW. Thank you so much Stacy, Jen and Kristen as well as the front office staff who were wonderful.

I recently had an unfortunate event that required medical attention. This was my first time visiting CHCCW, Dubois. The staff were all tremendous (starting with the front desk, through the nursing team, the provider, and the follow up). It made me proud to live in Dubois and so very grateful that we have such a wonderful team here for our medical needs. They took care of my immediate needs and scheduled me for diagnostic testing and other preventive screening. I was able to have my X-rays completed within CHCCW and was referred to another fabulous facility in Jackson for other diagnostic and screening. Top notch all the way!!

The Dubois Clinic is wonderful now! With Erin and Lisa you're in good hands. They truly care and follow up on my little kiddos. Lisa is extremely knowledge in holistic and Western medicine. I highly recommend it. It wasn't always this great but I feel confident that the current staff are committed to this community.

Was traveling through town from North Dakota and experienced a migraine. I recieved swift treatment. Everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and professional! The facility was clean and they got me in and out as a walk-in in 30 minutes! By far the best treatment experience I have ever recieved! I am also a registered nurse and I highly recommend this place!
