ChayaVeda Integrative Healing Arts

I went to ChayaVeda hoping to shed a lot of the accumulated stress from being the sole caregiver for my wife, who was terminally I'll for the past 5 years. We were largely successful. Chaya provided not only the Ayurvedic treatments, but coaching in making dietary changes, new health practices, breathing techniques, and more. It was an opportunity to change the direction of my life. And I'm still working at that.

Chaya is so knowledgeable and an expert in Ayurveda healing. The massage she gave was extremely relaxing and rejuvenating. She took the time to really understand how to help me personally and apply her background knowledge. I highly recommended her and am looking forward to my next appointment!

I recently completed the Detox and Rejuvenate Program with great results. I haven't had more trigeminal neuralgia episodes and feel not only happy but rejuvenated. I highly recommend this program taught by Chaya-Sharon. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and answers any questions during the detox process.
