BAD customer service. They will not answer the phone, and when finally answer they say that they will be open and everything as normal. You will drive 30 min to your appointment just to find out at the entrance door that it is closed because of weather condition. Why they didn't inform about it by text or call . We drove all the way to the office. And worst we called before had just to confirm it will be open and let know that we were on our way and the office assure they will be open and everything as usual. There is a tornado warning and huracanes around but they don't care on the minimum to make risk their patients, why lying and making us come all the way here

Dr Katiuscia Chavez has been my GP for several years. I trust her opinions and recommendations. She expresses genuine concern, and one is treated as a person, not a number or a file. She remembers past thing, which are not in the files, and takes a genuine interest in her patients. I would recommend her

I just had open heart surgery and can barely walk 100 feet without running severally out of breath oh and I can't drive yet so I must take public transportation. They want me to pick up a new patient packet, fill it out at home, come back and hand it in, when it will be reviewed and then, when I am presumably considered a worthy patient to have they will make an appointment. In the meantime of course I could pass out or have to go to the hospital with complications from my surgery (which I already did once). Their doctor may be competent and a great person but their new patient intake is ridiculous which also reflects on their doctor to some degree in that they are in charge. Aside from the above they ask all kinds of intrusive questions on their intake form as though I am supposed to

After being assured MULTIPLE TIMES that they would be covered by my insurance, I got a bill for $200 because their office decided AFTER my appointment to make sure it would be covered. Even though I had given them my insurance information a whole month before they even let me schedule an appointment. Unbelievably incompetent.

This place is a joke. For new patients to set-up an appointment you need to walk into their office bring your insurance/ID information fill out some paperwork and then set-up an appointment. What year is it that your office cannot handle a simple procedure over the phone or digitally? It's simply embarrassing.
