Chavez Hugo Dentist

The dentist himself is great but the front desk is nothing but rude and money hungry. The lady suddenly charged me a $30 fee right as I was leaving my cleaning today and told me that $20 is owed for a no show last year and $10 is owed for a cancelation that took place TWO YEARS AGO. When I asked her why I was just being hit with these charges after all of this time because I have since had an appointment in which these charges were not mentioned, her exact words to me were "well, it just depends on who is working the receptionist desk" and then she proceeded to roll her eyes and mumble "so whatever".😵 I will NEVER be back to this place, BEWARE!!! Money hungry, money hungry, money hungry people HERE!!

Best dental clinic ever, best staff, they make you feel like family , they are attentive and caring, they help you in any emergency fast, unlike most other places. DR Chavez is a professional and a gentleman. His bedside manner is superb.

Top notch service from Dr Chavez would highly recommend he has been a godsend and extremely helpful, was on holiday from UK and he was on hand 24/7 offering support and advice every step of the way I could not thank him enough

Dr. Chavez was so kind and understanding of my emergent dental needs! I was unsure of where to go when I had extreme dental pain from a fractured tooth and cavity while on vacation in Disneyworld, especially since it happened on a Saturday evening! Dr. Chavez ended up coming in on Sunday, his day off, to resolve my pain. He worked quickly and thoroughly to make me comfortable until I return home and made sure I fully understood everything that I needed to do to recover and maintain great dental health.

Simply the best. Friendly, polite, takes the time to answer questions, and remembers things discussed at prior visits. I love Dr. Chavez.
