Chatter Pediatric Therapy

My children have been going to Minot Center for Pediatric Therapy for 3 years now I believe. My son went first and then my daughter started a year ago as well. I did have to go on a waiting list as well. And while I was on the waiting list I sent my son elsewhere during so he could still get services. They are the best in Minot for pediatric therapy so I’m not surprised at all there’s a waiting list. They never asked what kind of insurance I had to decide whether to take my child or not. But obviously that’s how they get paid like any other doctor or therapy office !! Onto the services themselves, the girls are amazing here. We went to several other therapy places first before here and this is by far the best & most professional in Minot. The girls are very educated, diligent, and thor

My daughter was accessed by Kylee and we had a wonderful experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Parker loved her appointment and while we would love to keep coming back Kylee informed me that she is on track and I should continually notice changes and increased speech. She was spot on.

I called in to ask about their speech therapy services and how they work. The first thing she told me was that they are on a waiting list and depends on insurance coverage. So what I took away from that short conversation is that their main concern is getting paid and not what services my child would need. I will not be utilizing this company based on that first phone call. I will continue to look for a place that is more concerned with what services my child might need.
