I had gallbladder removal surgery here with Dr. Copher in July 2024. Months later, I developed extremely foul-smelling drainage from my umbilical incision. I returned for a follow-up and was seen by Dr. Long, who briefly examined the area and told me nothing was wrong, offering no treatment or antibiotics. The symptoms continued and worsened. My primary care physician later confirmed a MRSA infection and prescribed antibiotics. I also went to Northside ER due to concern that the incision had opened and requested a CT scan, but was told nothing was wrong and was only prescribed antibiotics and hydrocortisone. When I continued to request further evaluation, the ER doctor became dismissive and made comments suggesting I was bothering him. I sought a second opinion with Dr. Soika at Northeast

Do not go unless you are sure you will get treatment from them. This office has terrible billing ethics. I was referred to see Dr. Drahush for a consultation for a minor procedure. I spoke with him for 5 minutes and we agreed not to move forward, then I left receiving no treatment at all. A month later I get a bill for $215! I called and asked to speak with the billing department to determine why it was so much and I was given a number to call because somehow they are unable to transfer me to their own billing department... I immediately got a voicemail box and I never received a response for the message that I left. I called back and demanded that they have her call me. Eventually she did and insisted that the billing amount was correct because my insurance company approved it. The

I had Doctor Brian Whitfield and his nurse. They are amazing people! They care about you like you are family. I had lymph node removal surgery in my neck, and he did such an amazing job. I will forever recommend them!

This doctor pays attention to my concerns and works with me to get answers. I recommend him highly as he is a great teacher. I knew exactly what to expect after I saw him the first time. Very willing to work with me to get answers.

Dr Long is absolutely amazing! He’s new to the group and did my Umbilical Hernia Surgery. Very professional and has a great bedside manner. Highly recommend! His nurses and staff are amazing as well. I also had to go back several times for post op because part of my incision came open, not his fault, I coughed and it popped. He’s been great with my post op care! Very pleased with my care and my incision sight looks great!
