Such a great place, everyone was so kind to my grandmother who stayed there for 2 weeks getting physical therapy. Everyone, from the CNAs, LVN, operations were very helpful and always made sure my mom was well taken care of. So many activities were available and my mom had nothing to bad to say about her stay here. I could really tell that the employees really care about their residents as I saw many admin staff asking my mother if everything was ok. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility to get their loved ones healthy and back home

I've been in and out of this facility since March 2024. I went to another place they were awful 😭. So when I had surgery and had to go to a different place, I choose Chatsworth Care Center. I have NEVER regretted it. The Staff here is Very Caring to the Patients. Right now I haven't been able to get out of bed. The Staff always checks to see if I need Anything, all day and night 🤗. Ricky used to be my nurse till I got transferred to another room, I LOVED him cause he was Always there to Help me. He even helped if I was having trouble with my crafts. My Daughter's even Joke with him all the time. He needs a Raise for all he does. ALL my CNA are Wonderful People. They always see if I Need Anything. They always make sure I have my Ice Water and Ice,I use a lot. Also another person I appreciat

WARNING TO FAMILIES – PLEASE READ BEFORE SENDING A LOVED ONE HERE This facility does not deserve even one star. If you care about your family member, do not send them here. My mother was sent to this facility after a referral from UCLA West Valley Medical Center. After what we experienced, I strongly believe UCLA should reconsider referring patients here. Shortly after arriving, my mother contracted COVID, and we later learned there was a full outbreak in the facility. This raises serious concerns about infection control and patient safety. Soon after, my mother developed a severe UTI with fever, which doctors indicated was likely related to poor hygiene care. Staff frequently do not respond promptly when patients ask for help using the bathroom, forcing elderly patients to sit in soil

The physical therapist Vanessa & Annabelle are excellent- thanks to their dedication. My Auntie Eva has become stronger and can now do her daily activities on her own. The kitchen staff, especially Willis did a great job preparing nutritious and well-balanced meals. Because of this, my auntie was able to gain weight and improve her overall health. The nurses of station 1V, most especially Annie were very attentive and understanding of how she was feeling, and they made sure she received her medications on time to help her feel better. The CNAs were also very kind and helpful. Mark of the activities division is friendly & approachable. He takes time to stop, talk and connect with residents, making them feel seen and valued. Today my husband discharge from room 308 bed 1 after almost a year. When we admitted he wasn't speaking or walking or engaging or eating. However due to hard and diligent and k8nd and professional care of nurses such as Ellie, Jana, Christian and CNA' Patricia and Donavan and phy therapy Ross, Kevin (OT) he is walking using a walker and he is talking g laughing and engaged. Kevin a The administrator dealt with my fear my anger my anxiety with understanding and empathy. I would like to say to all I do know what tomorrow brings but today thank you for making my family whole thank you for for giving my husband and best friend back to me. God Bless and we are forever grateful.
