9/5/25 I'm not sure if this office handles their own billing or outsources it, but I have repeatedly received a bill since using their services since it was initially filed incorrectly when sent to my insurance. I have called REPEATEDLY since Feb, and every single time I call I am told that it is being handled, not to worry. I called my insurance at one point and was told that there was no claim on file for this provider. I called billing back and was told that it had been refiled correctly just recently and that it would take a little bit of time for it to reflect with my insurance. I received yet another bill and spoke with a Brian on 6/25/25 who told me that he was escalating it yet again and that I wouldn't even receive another bill, that it would be handled.
