Chase Memorial Nursing Home

With the exception of the those that gave my brother physical therapy, this place was the worst. No communication, super rude. Especially the head nurse!! No one answers the phone. The administration was not at all helpful and treated my brother and myself like we were an annoyance. This is not a place to bring your loved one!! This type of treatment is both dangerous and deplorable. There should be accountability.

Looked at many places around, this place is great! The staff is very friendly and caring. You can ask the staff and the patients and they all say how great they treat the patients. Even patients that use to work at nursing homes say how great they are treated here.

My brother is a resident. I drove up from Maryland to visit. The staff members were outstanding. It was clean, decorated for Halloween, and I found my brother listening to a band in the dining room. He told me he is well taken care of and he really likes it there.

I have spent many nights with my mom who is currently on comfort care. I have observed the loving competent care given to her and to the other residents. The staff in all departments has been wonderful.I am a retired RN ,I've worked at many facilities and this place is top notch.

I have to say the staff at Chase nursing home are wonderful. They really take care of my mother and are friendly. The only problem that I see, is that they need to hire more people! The staff work very hard and they do double duty.
