Chase Dental Sleepcare

I had an appliance fitting on November 4, 2025. I left a $2000 deposit and never heard from them again. I leave messages daily. No response. I understand delays. I do not understand not returning a single call or email.

Lovely staff, lovely place very welcoming. Super informative and knowledgeable doctors. I am so happy I found this place. I am off to a new journey with my device ! I have a good feeling it will all work out great. Thank you for treating me like family. I felt super comfortable & at home.

Everyone connected to this office was nice, helpful and friendly. Dr. Garelick spent a lot of time with me explaining everything and made me feel like he was going to get me some relief. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr Garelick was the best. Been to several Tmj Sleep apnea experts but he was by far the smartest, most knowledgeable and caring. Staff was also excellent. Would give 10 stars if they allowed it!
