Dr. Madhavan friendly, knowledgable and took her time to explaining everything about getting the sleep apena custom device. The time period of getting it made and how long to get the device adjusted for the maximum benefit. Also, staff was friendly, and the facility was very clean.

Staff was friendly and I didn’t wait long to see the doctor after checking in. Doctor took her time to explain everything clearly to me. I had my toddler with me during my appointment, staff was nice and gave him a little favor bag. He loved it!

Dr. Madhavan is very knowledgeable, kind and caring doctor. She listens to your needs and treats you Accordingly. Waiting time is also reasonable, not long.

Every single employee was very nice and attentive. The medical staff is very knowledgable and thorough when talking about treatment/care. I fully recommend this place. I only have experience with the Springfield Blvd location in Queens, but the company as a whole impressed me.
