Charlottesville Family Medicine

I am delighted with my first experiences with Charlottesville Family practice. At 69 years old, I am looking for a new doctor because of a change in Medicare insurance plans and my old PCP is retiring anyway. I have been a registered nurse for 31 years and I was very impressed with Dr. Taylor and the nursing staff. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind. I couldn’t really ask for anything more. Thank you to everyone at CFP.

Christine Butterman is an AWESOME person. She takes her time with her patients and that means THE WORLD to patients. Whole staff is nice and accommodating.. The front desk lady, Joyce is VERY nice and helpful too. Missed her at my last appointment… Nurse Jaylen was very nice. My last visit was the first time I saw him. I MISS NURSE KARINA THO.

I am 69. In 2002, I was in a car accident. There are no good accidents. My accident required a lengthy hospital stay and months of physical therapy. This information is to let you know that I have been seen/treated by many doctors. Dr. Taylor is among the most knowledgeable , caring and active listeners that I have seen. He is ably assisted by a great team of medical and office assistants.

Dr. Katra and team are amazing. Couldn’t be more pleased with the care I have received. I feel listen to and heard, no matter how big or small my issues are. The response time and follow up is amazing. Would highly recommend!

I worked in health care for over a decade. I’ve been a patient here for about 3 years. I’d say I have a bit of white coat syndrome. I’ve seen multiple providers here and I’ve actually felt listened to and advocated for. I’ve never felt rushed out of the room which may be why some appointments run late. The employees really seem like a team.
