Wow sitting here at the clinic waiting for my xray results. While the entire staff is outside having a friggin party , laughing , joking talking about anything but work. Totally unprofessional! I would think my xrays are done by now. I wish somebody would do their job here!!!! They need to re train their MA about patient relations. When a patient comes in dont roll your eyes when you hear what the patient is here for, its just plain rude!!! What a joke!

I was denied care and told to go to the ER instead for an ulcerative colitis flare up. I’ve been seeing a specialist, but the soonest I can be seen is mid-January. The specialist has always told me go to urgent care to be prescribed prednisone until they can see me. I guess I don’t understand the point of going to the emergency room either, except for them to get more money. I’m going to have to go regardless, but I’m very surprised I was denied care for this. It’s never been an issue in the past and I’m not seeking pain medication or anything, just anti-inflammatory medication as is protocol. Leaving 2 stars instead of one because all other experiences have been quite nice.

My husband has been struggling with chest pains, heart attacks run in his family strongly. The first thing the receptionist said to my husband when he walked up to the counter was “of course you clicked chest pains for heart burn” in a condescending voice. My husband then proceeded to be there for 2 hours just for them to tell him to “go see his primary care doctor to get an EKG” tell my why they didn’t just tell him to do that or go to ER and not make him sit around for 2 hours in pain just to hear this? Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous! If you can’t treat chest pain symptoms, BE UP FRONT!

Excellent clinic with very short wait times, attentive staff, and personable nurses. Dr. Hallack has addressed my health needs with skill and empathy. I would highly recommend.

Last 5 times I've been here consistently waiting two-hours to be seen. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day or day of the week. Once seen never diagnos with anything and tell us to come back if symptoms get worse. Better off just going straight to hospital.
