Charlotte Primary Care: Collurafici Kimberly

Used to use this place religiously but they definitely aren't what they used to be. Dealing with same medical issues for years and always get told it's in my head and never taken seriously until I ended up in the ER twice. Recently had family come in and try and get answers after she went from completely independent to not being able to do anything on her own in less than 48 hours. Blood work was normal but because she's 86 she was told by one of the doctors/NP that she's lived a long life and to take her home to pass. Excuse me what???? Would you say that to your own mother or any family member for that matter, i doubt it? If you can't treat your patients like they are family then you have no business wearing that white coat!

Chasity at the front desk was so wonderful! She’s super kind when she speaks to you, and very helpful! I’ve been going here for about 10 years on and off (I try to stay out of the doctors office nowadays), anytime I’ve came here though I’ve been met with kind, helpful staff. Also, the Dentist side of the office is wonderful as well! All the ladies over there are very sweet, and the dentist himself definitely cares not only about your teeth health, but your overall well-being as well. He may come across tough, but after a few visits I’ve began to realize it’s because he does care and just wants to see his patients taking care of their teeth. Overall, a great doctors & dentist office, would give 10/10 if I could!

Clean, professional, friendly staff. Very good doctors. They stay busy all the time and it takes about a month to get an appointment. Not sure why Google keeps asking about Kimberly Collurafici because she was a Physicians Assistant at this clinic at one time but she left more than five years ago and was working in pain management in Lynchburg unless she came back recently.

Very rude staff! Office Manager takes her life's problem's out on staff. Triage nurse is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to patient's and somehow management turn's a blind eye to this type of conduct.

Trash service . Trash experience. Sad when you gotta go through so many hoops when you already suffering n sick.
