I wish I could give 10⭐️⭐️⭐️. I had my mother transfer from another facility to Charlotte Bay a few months back and I can say this place is amazing. The care, attention to detail, cleanliness and professionalism is a step above the rest. In the short time my mother has been there all the staff have grown a close affection for her. This past weekend was her birthday and we had a lot of family coming to visit from out of town. Victoria the activity coordinator at Charlotte Bay offered us a beautiful conference room for us to celebrate my mothers birthday and spend time with family, I don’t know of any other place that would do that. Also when we return on Sunday for some of the family to say goodbye the staff was super attentive always making sure there was extra chairs in the room and every

It has taken me awhile to write this review as it's been an emotional journey. My parents have been at Charlotte Bay for almost a year. They started out a few months apart being in the rehab end and eventually transferred to long term care. The minute you walk in you are greeted with the biggest smile from Natalie. She is so sweet and helpful. I looked forward to seeing her every time. Victoria, Christine, Kelly, Lisa P , and Brenda are all amazing and so good at their jobs. A big shout out to Kim, Nettie and Melody in C wing. Kim was always on top of things and Melody and Nettie were my parents favorite nurses and they took such great care of them and always made me feel at ease. Absolutely amazing care and staff! I cannot say enough good things about Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation & Care Center. The facility is clean, well-organized, and has a warm, comforting atmosphere that makes a big difference in the healing process. A special shoutout goes to Jennifer — she is truly exceptional! My wife came to Charlotte Bay in April after being at another facility, her treatment and rehab has been a wonderful sight to see. My wife now speaks to the staff, I can hold a conversation with her, she has done a complete 180! My wife is working hard to recover which is do to Charlotte Bays whole staff. I used to worry about my wife being taken care of, I now have piece of mind, I know she is being cared for and can sleep again. I wish I had her in Charlotte Bay sooner!
