Charleston Pulmonary Associates PA: Mt. Pleasant

I have been affiliated with this office for some years, but my original doctor left years ago. My experience with the level of care and communication has become poor. I only hope that this is not the typical experience for all the patients. • I had trouble getting this office to call in an updated script for supplies. Over several months, I left messages during business hours, but I have never got a return call. (Their voicemail indicates that your call will be returned in 48 hours.) • Because I could not get anyone in the office on the phone, I had to drive over to the office where I explained my challenge and disappointment with the lack of response from this office. The women in the office were nice enough to send the script for supplies to the supplier while I was there. Weeks went by,

They are always nice and treat you like you are family. Nicole knows all about your c-pap machine and how to. Counsel you. My sleep numbers are great. And the new office is so nice.

We are very pleased with our doctor but his office staff is horrible!

The staff and Dr Huet were absolutely amazing! My first visit- for something that will be followed for a while. They were attentive, polite, on time and I felt very comfortable with Dr Huet’s approach! I Highly recommend!

Front desk is not so friendly .. Not rude just straight to the point and blunt.. No small talk or even good morning .. They never run on time, so don't plan on making more than one appointment in a day. I understand you get busy some times but every visit here we are seen 40-45 minutes after our appointed time. Dr. Bachelor is nice, attentive with a wonderful bedside manner but the staff and time issue needs lots of work.
