My review is for Natalie, I’ve dealt with IBS and stomach pain since I was 15 just a constant struggle and after two visits with Natalie, she got me on a medication that I feel the best I’ve ever felt so five stars for Natalie. I think she’s fabulous!! Dr. Neven did my colonoscopy and endoscopy and his Nurse Kelly has been incredibly helpful regarding medication not covered by my insurance. If you have a chronic condition like IBS, I highly recommend this practice!

I received excellent care from Dr. Irons’s office starting from the woman on the phone who scheduled my appt, to his front desk check-in staff and the woman who scheduled my procedure- all were cheerful and helpful. As for Dr. Irons, well he’s the best! He listened, answered all my questions, and was kind and caring. He has the best bedside manner! I felt his knowledge in addition to his cheerful and warm personality, made my experience the best possible! Thank you Dr. Irons!! You are appreciated!

Called to make an appointment. Lady on the phone was short in her tone and very abrasive. She was very berating in her manner of communicating. She actually scolded me and hung up on me over me saying, "The pharmacy I use isn't important. I won't be getting prescriptions from this doctor".

Dr. Marstellar is an excellent doctor. He is very thorough and takes time to listen and respond to all you questions. His staff is excellent and friendly as well. Great job Charleston GI!

Went to my appt and was told it was actually the day before. Never received a confirmation text/email of date and time. Was told next available appt was not for 20 days. Would never go back.
