From getting scheduled, to the operation it was amazing. The receptionist was great, she helped work around my schedule without issue, the dental assistant (mine was Mrs. Katlin/Kaitlyn) was phenomenal, she walked me through everything that was going on and answered any questions I had. My doctor, (Dr. Morris) was also phenomenal and professional. I’ve been to other endodontist and was not very pleased, but this one is the exception, I will have no hesitation to go back to them if I need anything! 10/10 would recommend.

By far the best experience I have ever had. They are extremely kind and friendly. I walked in the office feeling anxious and in pain. They eased my anxiety with their genuine kindness and made the entire experience so much better than I expected. ( I came there in pain and needed 2 root canals ) I gladly recommend them to everyone who needs their expertise and care.

I recently had a very positive experience with Charleston Endodontics. I had a very old root canal that needed to be replaced and my dentist, Dr. Jonathan Bowling referred me to Dr. Geoffrey Steinkruger. After Dr. Steinkruger reviewed my X-Rays, He and his assistant Alexa made me very comfortable, and began the procedure. They were very patient with my questions, And I’m happy to say that the procedure was very successful and painless! Dr. Steinkrugar’s “Emotional Support” dog visits all of his patients without prompting. Pebbles quietly appears and keeps patients company. I was so impressed by the welcome and meaningful care that I received from the entire staff. I am delighted to give Dr. Steinkruger and his entire staff my highest recommendation. The team did a really wonderful job. From scheduling the appointments and reassuring and explaining the process. The doctor and dental assistant we're very kind and patient even though I was a nervous wreck. This was my first root canal. Even though I was scared I felt that the doctor really knew what he was doing and I could trust him.

Dr Morris and his staff are competent, professional, efficient and patient. Root canals are never fun but they made it tolerable.
