Dr. Poole is a very good dentist. He cares about his patients and is clearly interesting in practicing a high level of dentistry. He spent a lot of time with me on my first visit. He is also a very nice person.

The short story is that Dr. Poole is maybe the best doctor (of any kind) that I have ever been a patient of. I’ve been recommending him to any and all Atlanta metro people since my first appointment. The long story is that my oral health journey with Dr. Poole started with an emergency appointment due to a tooth that randomly cracked in half. I had just moved to ATL and had not gotten around to establishing any sort of care. He made a point to fit me in with in a day and got to work. Health care of any kind, especially oral care, was not something I was raised to prioritize… something that unfortunately lingered into adulthood. Dr. Poole has been our family dentist for years and I highly recommend him. Our family has adults, teens and children , and he and his staff are friendly, professional and calming with both. His work is thorough and his skills are extensive. He has done everything from routine cleanings, fillings, and custom night guard for TMJ, to removing wisdom teeth and a bonded composite restoration when my son broke off half of a front tooth. (That was years ago and the tooth still looks great.)

Dr.Poole is very good at what he does, and very knowledgeable. I had gotten a prognostic from a different dentist about doing a root canal or maybe an implant. After my visit with Dr.Poole he told me he was going to try and save my tooth. He did save my tooth, he worked with me for long hours always making sure I was comfortable and making sure I got the perfect crown design for the tooth he saved. Now I’m back to having an impeccable smile all thanks to him. 10/10 would recommend Dr.Poole to anyone for any dental work!

I have been going to Dr. Poole for almost four years now. He and his staff are always professional, personable and they simply do an outstanding job. Recently, I had to have an emergency procedure done. I called his office first thing in the morning and Dr. Poole rearranged his day and took a shorter lunch to ensure I was taken care of as soon as possible. Later that night he called to check on me to see how I was feeling. He truly goes above and beyond and really cares for his patients. He's an excellent dentist, highly recommend!!
