Publix and Walgreens had no EpiPens and no idea when they were getting them and my daughter really needed one. I called Charles Pharmacy on a Saturday at a busy time, but a very nice woman called me back within a few minutes to help me. Most important, they had EpiPens! She notified me that they don't normally deliver on a Saturday, but then she kindly agreed to do it anyway. My daughter had no car and this free service was a blessing! l actually can't believe we haven't used smaller pharmacies before. This was great service, fast and friendly. We will use them again! Thank you!

Absolutely horrible, such a rude woman, treats her customers like absolute crap. There's a million other pharmacies around, I'd suggest going to a different one. The way she treats a customer blows my mind, they pay your bills, why would you do that?
