Charles Paglia, O.D.

Dr. Paglia is excellent in every way. Office is clean and upscale always.,The only complaint is of the technicians always running on less than needed help. This has been my experience on every visit I have had for the past two years.The time spent for even what should be a quick IOP check took me 90 minutes in the facility. Factor in another 40 minutes of drive time. I will continue to stay with them because all else is outstanding with the technology and Doctors.

Dr.Paglia values his staff and includes them as interdisciplinary members of his team. They all work in sync and are very professional and thorough with their care. From the moment you arrive and until you depart they are awesome.

He was very abrupt and not patient to answer questions or concerns. He had no response when I told him I was in the waiting room for 50 minutes. Didn't even look at me. He seemed not to care. In fact all through my exam he was disengaged, barely looked at me like he didn't care about me as a patient. When we first met he didn't even introduce himself and I was a new patient to him. I will not return to him.

I've already shared my great experience, but I forgot one thing. It's nothing you can do about it, but my unfavorable experience was how many people in the waiting room wearing too much perfume or cologne. That's when I wished I had a mask on!

Great check in! The receptionist showed she was interested in her job and displayed a delightful attitude. This continued with the tech who conducted the basic eye exam. She was exceptional and thorough. The Dr was intelligent, patient and a true professional. The combination of these three individuals are something you don’t often see in a busy place like The Villages. Keep up the great work!!
