Friendly staff, you don't have to wait too long ... when my daughter was sick in the pandemic even if it was just a virus they took the precaution necessary.. a staff was waitting for me down stairs, they didn't let noneone take the elevator with me and my daughter. After we get off, some staff start desifecting the elevator and send us to a private room till they make sure she didn't have covid.. I see safety is their priority. That's why I feel is safe when I have to take her to see her pediatrician.

Expect long long long lines. Staff has no experience managing people and flow. Prepare to wait with your sick child.

We had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM, but we didn't get to see the doctor until 1:00 PM. The front desk staff kept us waiting for two hours and told us that appointments aren't guaranteed—their attitude was terrible!

今天过来体验非常不好。一位护士 我就不指名道姓了。进来之前没有任何工作人员提醒需要带口罩包括前台。虽然你给我口罩了。但在我后面的一对母子没戴你也不说她们 我感觉我们被她针对了。我的两孩子出生开始到现在都在这边看。她居然以命令且不悦的语气对我和我的母亲以及孩子讲话。真的十分不爽。真心希望专业的人可以有专业的耐心。真的 耐心。给三星是因为医生很好。如果是针对这位护士 我会给个人情分一分
